Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your pup to love your HighFive gear! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order for refund within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be purchased from the Highfive® Australia Website. Items not purchased from the Highfive® Pet Australia Website must be returned to the original place of purchase. We recommend carefully trying on your new products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.
HOW TO START A RETURN PROCESS?
Before sending an item back for return, be certain that:
- The item is unworn and unused with original tags/packaging still attached. We will not refund soiled or tarnished items.
- The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The item was purchased from highfivepet.com.au
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Please send back items that are in an 'as new' condition to the address below:

- We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
- Include a brief explanation of your return, including the order number which can be found in your order confirmation email.
- The refund will be provided using your original payment method.
- Shipping cost is not refundable.
- An email notification will be sent once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on any statements.
I LIKE MY GEAR BUT WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE. WHAT DO I DO?
To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.
Since exchanges are handled separately, this ensures you get the right fit as quickly as possible!
Just a heads-up: returned items need to meet our return conditions. If they don’t, we might not be able to issue a refund.

Credits may take up to five business days to post to your account once your item has been received. We'll notify you via email when your return has been processed.
