Returns and Exchanges
We want you and your pup to love your HighFive gear! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Just ensure the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with the tags still attached.
Returns are only accepted for purchases made on our official website (highfivepet.com.au). If you bought your item elsewhere, please return it to the original place of purchase.
- Check the condition – The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
- Pack it up – Securely package the item to keep it in 'as new' condition and write up a brief reason explaining why it is returned.

Yes! To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if:
- 🚫 The item is soiled, damaged, or missing tags/packaging
- 🚫 It was purchased more than 30 days ago
- 🚫 It was not bought from highfivepet.com.au

We don’t charge restocking fees, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return arrives safely.
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but we’ve made the process simple! Just:

Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within Australia only.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Use the provided tracking number to follow your package on Australia Post’s website.

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
📦 Standard Shipping:
- $10 for orders under $79.95
- FREE for orders over $79.95
🚀 Express Shipping (Australia Post Express):
- $20 flat rate
All orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).

📦 Waiting 24 hours – Some deliveries may show as "delivered" before they actually arrive.

Sizing
If your dog's measurement is between sizes, it's best to opt for the larger size. This ensures a comfortable fit without restricting movement. Additionally, all our harnesses come with adjustable straps, allowing you to customize the fit to your dog's unique shape.
To ensure the perfect fit for your dog's harness, measure thewidest part of your dog's rib cage—typically just behind the front legs. Use a flexible measuring tape to determine the girth. Once you have this measurement, refer to our sizing chart to select the appropriate harness size. If your dog falls between sizes, choose the larger size for a comfortable fit.
No worries! If your harness is unused, in its original packaging with tags attached, and purchased within the last 30 days, you can return it for a refund.

To find the perfect size:
Measure your dog’s girth (the widest part of their ribcage, just behind the front legs).
Check the sizing chart below for the correct fit.

🐶 In between sizes? We recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit since our harnesses are adjustable.
For puppies still filling out, we recommend:
- Sizing Up – If your pup’s girth measurement is near the upper limit of a size range, it’s best to go one size biggerto allow room to grow.
- Adjustable Straps – Our harnesses and jackets have adjustable straps, so you can customize the fit as your puppy grows.
This approach ensures your pup can move freely and comfortably while getting the support they need.
